FAU-G pre-registrations reach 4 million: Reports

It looks like the anticipation for FAU-G aka Fearless And United: Guards is at a fever pitch. Vishal Gondal, Advisor and Investor told MySmartPrice that the game has garnered 4 million registrations at launch. It should be noted that the developers had initially claimed that the game had received over one million pre-registrations within 24 hours of it being available to users on the Google Play Store.

FAU-G is all set to release on January 26, which is India’s Republic Day. This launch date makes a lot of sense considering the game\'s patriotic themes. Many details of the game such as gameplay or storylines are not yet known. All we know for sure is that the game will feature a level based on the Galwan Valley and that there will be an increased focus on melee combat. Speaking to Digit.in, Gondal had said that while “the game will have a global launch. However, the themes and storyline are designed for consumers aware of Indian culture.”

He also reiterated the fact that the game will be updated with new missions, weapons and levels over time. He also notes that nCore Games will launch a ‘Lite’ version of FAU-G. This version will be based on player feedback.

One thing for certain is that the game will not give a battle royale mode like PUBG Mobile. Rather, the developers say that the game will focus more on single-player action with the possibility of co-op multiplier. It is not yet known how that will work exactly. Another unknown is what the microtransactions will be about. While it has been confirmed that there will be microtransactions in the game, it is not yet certain what players will be able to purchase within the game.
